Terms & Conditions
- The Promotion Period is from Feb 03 to Feb 11, 2012 (including both days) (the "Promotion Period").
- Flowers will only be delivered on Valentine's day to specific cities and pin codes. Please check product description for serviceable areas. All other items above will ship on regular delivery.
- The gift voucher of Rs. 200 is applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000, on selected categories above (Valentine's gifts, watches and intimate wear).
- Customers with orders of net payment (net of all discounts/vouchers) more than 2000 during the promotion period will be eligible for iPad2 Lucky Draw.
- If the customer cancels one or more products from the transaction & total purchase value goes below Rs. 2000/-, customer will not be eligible for the iPad2 lucky draw.
- Lucky Draw for the iPad2 will be system generated and will be held on Feb 15th 2012. The Lucky Draw winners will be individually notified by email, within a week of the drawing date and the same will be published on the Valentine's promotion page and Tradus Fan page as well.
- The winner of the lucky draw will receive a Gift Voucher of value equivalent to the price of iPad2 and redeemable on Tradus.in for the purchase of the iPad2. There will be no cost to the winner to purchase the iPad2 from Tradus.in.
- The iPad2 Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items and cannot be transferred to other persons.
- Tax liability, if any, has to be borne by the winner of the iPad2 draw.
- Employees and their immediate family members of Tradus, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries and employees and their immediate family members of the agency are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
- Tradus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may extend, withdraw or discontinue the promotion without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Tradus.
