1. The application will be open from from 16th January 2014 to 31 December 2015 and only for citizens of India. No purchase from, or payment to, of any kind is required from McVitie’s India in order to enter this contest.2. The Application is not valid for employees or agents of McVitie’s India or their respective families.
3. In order to take part in the application
- Participants have to Like the McVitie’s India Facebook Page.
- The participant has to enter his/her contact details including Date of Birth in the application.
- Winner/winners will be announced every month.
- Anybody found to have made use of illegitimate/unethical ways to maximize their chances of winning the contest will be disqualified and banned from taking part in any contest organized by McVitie’s India
4. A winner/winners will be chosen every month and will be declared on the McVitie’s India page. Winner/winners will also be contacted via email.
5. The winner/winners to be decided by McVitie’s India in its sole discretion shall be contacted by email, and be required to submit all information that is reasonably required by McVitie’s India within 7 days of the date of the announcement.
6. In case the winner is not able to provide all the above details then he/she will not be eligible for further gratification. McVitie’s India shall not be responsible in the event of non-delivery of email.
7. The participant(s) agree to the reasonable use of their names for advertising, trade and publicity purpose on the McVitie’s India page.
8. The participant(s) release and agrees to hold harmless McVitie’s India from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage caused during the participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize.
9. McVitie’s India reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms of this registration or extend or close it without any prior notice.
10. If any dispute arises out of or with respect to this application, it shall be subject to the courts of New Delhi.
11. Participation in the "McVitie’s Birthday Surprise" Application will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.
