Offer Terms & Conditions :
- Parents of the new born will be given 21 days post 26th March to avail the offer (Till 16th April 2014).
- Parents of babies born on 26th March 2014 need to register on the MTS India website – www.mtsindia.in, and select the MTS branded retail store in their city from where they would like to avail the offer.
- The Offer can only be availed at select MTS Retail Stores.
- The offer is only applicable to one of the Parents & not both.
- The offer is only applicable for Indian nationals.
- To avail the offer, customer will have to provide the following set of documents:
- Original birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority (for verification purpose)
- Photo copies of Birth Certificate issued by a Municipal Authority, with birth date as 26th March 2014 and complete details of the child’s parents.
- Address Proof and Photo Identity Proof of the parent who is claiming the Gift
- Duly filled CAF along with Photograph of the parent
- MTS Retail Store, after checking the complete documents including the Original Birth Certificate, will hand over the MBlaze Ultra dongle, free of cost to the customer.
- The dongle will be activated after completion of the verification process as per the regulatory requirements.
