- This campaign is valid from 28th Aug 2013 to 20th September 2013 (both days inclusive).
- The contest is open to all Indian residents (female only) residing in Kolkata except employees and family members of the Dabur, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, its auditors and their associate companies.
- There will be only one winner selected by our panel of judges.
- Participant agrees to abide by the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters pertaining to this competition. The finale entry pass is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. By entering the Competition; the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the competition.
- The winner needs to arrange her own transportation to/from the venue of the finals.
- The final will be held in Kolkata. The details will be shared with the winner. Dabur does not hold any responsibility in the event of cancellation of the event which is being organized by Sananda Tilottama.
- Dabur reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Dabur reserves the right to withdraw the contest before the contest closure date at anytime without any prior notice.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi alone.
