How do I avail the Exchange Offer :-
- Visit i Phone 4 or i Phone 4s
- Complete the purchase of a new iPhone and click the checkbox “Enter buy-back details” in the checkout pipeline. (If you can’t find your phone then choose first option all other to get Rs. 4000 cashback)
- The new phone shall be sent with an empty box, packing material (tamper proof bag and bubble sheet), device buyback form and 2 sets of pre-printed address slip (Pls preserve 1 copy to be collected by the courier).
- Once it is received, fill the device buyback form for the old device to be exchanged.
- The return has to be scheduled within 7 days of new phone receipt.
- The device and accessories should be wrapped in the bubble sheet, placed inside the box along with the device buyback form and ID proof (driving license, passport, aadhaar card, voter ID card). The box should be taped properly and then placed inside the tamper proof bag and sealed.
- Return address slip should be pasted on top of the tamper proof bag.
- Go to My Account-> My Orders, select the order number and click on “Avail Exchange”. (Note:Avail Exchange button appears only after your iPhone shipment is complete)
