By entering the PepsiCo Vintage T-Shirts Prize Draw entrants agree to the following terms and conditions. By taking
part in this competition, all parties will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and
any other requirements set.
PepsiCo International Limited (“PepsiCo”), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally
connected with the draw.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entries to the draw are made online at www.pepsi.co.uk. To enter the draw individuals must complete an
entry form in full, select a choice of prize and submit via the site.
4. The opening date for entries is 00.01am on 03.04.2012
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm on 30.06.2012
6. Winners will be drawn for each prize type at random, from all registered entries received at the declared close
date and time.
7. All winners will be notified via email using the address provided at sign up. PepsiCo accept no responsibility
for incorrectly supplied email addresses.
8. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
9. The prize consists of one t-shirt in the design and size selected at sign up. There is no cash alternative to
the stated prize and prizes are non-transferable. If the selected prize is for any reason unavailable PepsiCo
reserves the right to replace the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
10. Prizes will be dispatched via Recorded Delivery to the address supplied at entry and will require a signature.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they receive and sign for their delivery. PepsiCo accept no
responsibility for non-delivery or for incorrectly supplied postal address details.
11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize.
12. PepsiCo accepts no responsibility for technical or other issues that cause late, partial or non-receipt of
entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with the set
terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, incomplete, altered or otherwise defective will be disqualified
