A large number of people ignore oral hygiene, not realizing that the mouth is the gateway to the body. Through the free public dental check-ups, Oral-B and enrolled dentists will encourage people to have their dental health checked absolutely free of cost. This will help them to understand directly from reputed dentists what remedial action they need to take, as well as learn simple habits that can help prevent painful cavities for them and their families.

Free Dental Checkup Mechanics

People interested in availing the free dental check-up, have to simply buy any one of the Oral-B brushes. The consumers then will SMS their postal code to 58558and will receive contact details of dentists from the respective areas, following which they can make an appointment and avail of the offer. To schedule an appointment with a Dentist for a Free Dental Check-up:

• SMS your complete Postal Code to 58558 and you will receive contact details of dentists in your area where you can avail this offer (Standard value added service SMS rates apply).
• Schedule an appointment with the dentist.
• Fill out the form given by the Dentist and hand it over to the Dentist, along with this brush packing (with the sticker on it), when you go for the checkup.

Terms & Conditions

• This offer is valid till 30th April, 2012 only.
• The offer entitles only one person to claim one Free Dental Check-up per brush packaging with the Oral-B Free Dental Checkup sticker.
• Offer is valid at select dentists in select cities in India. See list of cities attached herewith.
• Only a free Dental Check-up will be provided under this offer. Expenses on further treatment and consultations will have to be borne by the consumer redeeming the offer.
• The offer has been provided on "best effort" basis and is limited to a check-up. All further actions are directly between the Dentist and the consumer.
• The granting of the appointment with any Dentist suggested through the SMS is an arrangement entirely between the Dentist and the consumer. The Company shall not be responsible for getting appointment with a Dentist of choice or at a time chosen by the consumer.
• The company shall not be responsible for the quality of services and products offered / provided by the Dentist.
• The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury whatsoever that may be suffered by use of the services and products offered / provided by the Dentist.
• The company will not be liable for any losses or damages, direct or indirect resulting from delay or loss of SMSs in course of transit.
• The Dentists suggested for contact through SMS shall have the full right to refuse the free checkup in the event the form given by the Dentist is incomplete or unsigned.
• Stocks without this offer are also available.
• Gillette India Ltd. and its associate / subsidiary companies shall be the sole owners of all information provided in the Forms and shall have all the rights to utilize the data collected.
• The offer is not open to the employees of Gillette India Ltd. and Procter & Gamble Company or those of its associate / subsidiary companies or those of its distributors or those of its advertising agencies.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.
